Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using CursiveLetters.net, including its generator, alphabet references, learning guides, and worksheet tools.

Using the site

You may use the public pages and tools for personal, educational, classroom, and other lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use any text, worksheet, or other output created with the site.

Cursive generator output

The cursive generator creates Unicode-style text for copying and pasting. It does not create a downloadable font and it is not a substitute for handwriting instruction. Unicode support varies between apps, devices, fonts, and platforms, so generated text may not display identically everywhere.

Handwriting and worksheet resources

Handwriting pages and worksheets are educational practice resources. Cursive styles and teaching methods vary, and no single page on this site should be treated as the only valid handwriting system. We aim to keep our instructional model consistent and to distinguish it from decorative Unicode text.

No guarantee of a particular result

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every tool, browser, printer, device, third-party platform, or font will behave identically. Printing results can also vary because of browser and printer settings.

Third-party services and resources

The site may link to external websites or load clearly disclosed third-party resources, such as the handwriting font currently used by the worksheet builder. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The original site design, written explanations, tool logic, and original site content are part of CursiveLetters.net. Third-party fonts, software, names, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their own licenses and ownership. The worksheet handwriting model is currently based on Playwrite US Modern by TypeTogether under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, distribute malware, or use the tools in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, replace, or remove pages and features as the site develops. We may also update these terms when the site, tools, licensing, or service relationships change.

Feedback and corrections

If you find a broken tool, incorrect explanation, licensing concern, or other issue, contact [email protected]. See also our content and review standards.
