Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CursiveLetters.net handles information when you use our tools, learning pages, and contact channels.

Who we are

CursiveLetters.net is owned and managed by Muhammad Naveed Awais. Our website address is https://cursiveletters.net/. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

Text entered into our tools

The cursive generator converts text in your browser. The worksheet builder also processes the name or words you enter in your browser. These tools are not designed to submit that entered text to WordPress for storage.

Please avoid entering sensitive or confidential information into any public website tool, even when processing is designed to happen locally in the browser.

Handwriting font request

The worksheet page currently loads the Playwrite US Modern handwriting font from TypeTogether’s public GitHub repository. That external service may receive normal web-request information such as your IP address, browser details, and request timing. The name or practice words you type into the worksheet are not included in that font request.

Server and security logs

Like most websites, the web server or hosting provider may create technical logs when pages are requested. These logs can include information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, and technical status codes. Such logs may be used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and site operation.

Cookies

CursiveLetters.net does not currently require visitors to create an account to use the public generator, alphabet, learning guides, or worksheet builder. We are not currently using advertising cookies or a visitor analytics system on the site.

WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrative login, security, or other core functionality in relevant contexts. If we later introduce analytics, advertising, or other cookie-based services, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Contact by email

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. Our public contact address uses Gmail, so email delivery and storage also involve Google’s email service. We use contact messages to reply, investigate reported problems, and improve the site.

Third-party links and services

Pages may link to external websites or rely on a clearly disclosed third-party resource, such as the handwriting font source described above. External websites have their own privacy practices, and CursiveLetters.net does not control how those services handle information.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use a visitor analytics platform or display advertising on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy before or when those services are introduced and describe the relevant data handling.

How long information may be kept

Browser-side generator and worksheet text is not intended to be stored by WordPress. Email messages may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep a record of a correction or support issue, or protect the site. Technical server logs are subject to the practices and retention settings of the hosting and infrastructure providers used for the site.

Requests and questions

If you have a privacy question or want to ask about information you previously sent directly to us, contact [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence or request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, tools, hosting setup, analytics, advertising, or third-party services change. The wording on this page is intended to reflect the current implementation rather than promise that the site will never change.
